NEW YORK, NY – The athletic department at Yeshiva University is pleased to announce that Jeff Menaker will take over as the Head Men’s Tennis coach starting in November. He will inherit a team that finished 6-6 overall and made it to the Skyline Semi-Finals last season. This is Jeff’s first stint as a collegiate coach, although he has been a successful high school coach for 6 seasons.
For all the athletes that will be attending the 2010 Pre-Season camp from August 16th through August 20th, please read below for a complete packing list and other information regarding the camp. If you have any questions, please contact your coach first.
NEW YORK, NY – The Skyline Conference office announced last week the names of the student-athletes that made the Winter/Spring Scholar-Athlete list. A total of 318 student-athletes across the conference’s 11 schools made the list, and Yeshiva University was tied for the school with the most student-athletes on the list (42). For the entire 2009-2010 season, there were a total of 676 student-athletes on the list, a record number for the conference.
NEW YORK, NY – Chana Gila Ovits, a senior Epee specialist, is one of six student-athletes named to the EWFC Woman of the Year Honorable Mention squad as announced by the EWFC at the end of last week. This is the third year the EWFC has named a Woman of the Year and an Honorable Mention team.
