NEW YORK, NY – The Yeshiva women’s cross country team placed 6th at the Hudson Valley Women’s Athletic Conference Championships held this past Sunday at Purchase College.  #Sara Hindin# led the team with a 30th place finish in 28:13 (5k).

NEW YORK, NY – The Yeshiva men’s cross country team placed 3rd at this weekend’s Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference Championships held at Purchase College.  #David Sweet# was the Maccabees’ top runner, placing 4th overall in the field of 45 runners.

10.23.09 | Women's Volleyball
NEW YORK, NY – The women’s volleyball team won their second match in less than a week, with their 3-1 win over NY City Tech Thursday night in Brooklyn, NY.  After dropping the first game 18-25, Yeshiva rolled through the next three, winning 25-23, 25-13, 25-19.  The win moved Yeshiva to 2-10 overall.

10.21.09 | Women's Soccer
NEW YORK, NY – The women’s soccer team hosted the College of Saint Elizabeth Tuesday night, and played to a 0-0 tie after two 10-minute overtime periods.  The Maccabees stopped 10 shots in all 110 minutes, while the Eagles of Saint Elizabeth recorded 6 saves.  Yeshiva stands at 1-7-1 overall.

10.19.09 | Women's Volleyball
NEW YORK, NY – The women’s volleyball team captured their first victory of the season with a 3-1 defeat of Maritime College.  The two teams met in the opener of a tri-match including Pratt, which was hosted by the Maccabees at Hunter College on Sunday.  Individual game scores were 25-22 15-25, 25-20, 25-13.  At the end of the day, Yeshiva stood at 1-10 overall.

10.19.09 | Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country
NEW YORK, NY – Both the men’s and women’s cross country teams competed at the Hunter Invitational this Sunday, finishing 8th in their respective fields.  The men were part of a 14 team field, while the women competed against 11 others.
