Dovie Hoffman was selected as this week's Skyline Conference Player of the Week, after helping the Macs to a 2-win week in conference play. Yeshiva defeated NYU-Poly Tuesday night and then Maritime Saturday night. Currently, the Macs are 4-9 in conference play.
NEW YORK, NY – The men's basketball team hosted Maritime College Saturday night, and came out with a hard fought 67-62 victory to improve to 4-15 (4-9) on the season. Maritime College fell to 2-19 (2-12) on the season.
NEW YORK, NY – The men's basketball team was home against NYU-Poly Tuesday night, and came out with a 63-57 win. Yeshiva never trailed and led by as much as 15 points before the Blue Jays cut the lead to 4 with 43 seconds to play. Yeshiva hit their free throws (3-4) in those final seconds to seal the victory. The Macs improve to 3-14 (3-8) on the season.
NEW YORK, NY – The men's basketball team was on the road Sunday afternoon at Sage College, taking on the Gators in a Skyline Conference matchup in Albany. In a close game that was tied at the half, the Gators squeezed out a 2-point victory on a shot in the final seconds of the game. The Macs record fell to 2-14 (2-8) after the loss. Sage improved to 9-9 (5-7).
